Fellows Fight for Food Justice

Current organizing fellows Jenny Msall and Joel Wool not only fight for change on the job, but work for food  justice in their spare time. Both Jennie and Joel serve on the board of the Dorchester Community Food Co-op, a new attempt to make healthy sustainable food readily available in the neighborhood of Bowdoin-Geneva, Dorchester. Despite long odds their work and the work of many others seems to be taking root. Check out the whole story at Bostonglobe.com.

“To me,” Joel said,  “fixing the broken food system is fundamental to our role in healing the world.”
